Alcohol does not make an alcoholic. What makes an alcoholic is when you presedent other more important things in life such as family or work ... There are exceptions, such as a student at the university in Eastern Europe. Or when my colleagues and I have deceided. Alas, all too often too drunk alone in the category * alcohol.
